1. About Us

All orders placed with Eleanor Elizabeth Paper Co. will be subject to the Terms & Conditions listed below. Please ensure that you have read these terms before paying your deposit

Eleanor Elizabeth Paper Co ("we", "us", "our") is a wedding and event stationery business based in Worcestershire, United Kingdom. Email: hello@eleanorelizabethpaperco.com

2. Products

We specialise in custom and semi-custom wedding stationery, including invitations, save-the-dates, signage, and printed materials.

3. Ordering Process

To secure your booking a non-refundable deposit is required totalling 50% of your quote. The design process will not begin until this has been received. The remaining 50% of the balance will be due before your order goes to print, this invoice will be sent at this point.

You are responsible for ensuring all details submitted (including wording, names, dates, quantities and addresses) are complete and correct.

4. Proofing & Approval

Digital proofs will be provided before printing. It is your responsibility to carefully check spelling, grammar, layout, colours and all event details. Once final approval is given in writing (including by email), no further changes can be made. We are not responsible for any errors, omissions or inaccuracies that were present in a proof you approved. This also applies to any text supplied by By Eleanor Elizabeth Paper Co. in any print-proof provided

A digital proof is included in all standard quotes. A physical sample can be produced for an additional cost if requested.

Any stationery will be provided assembled and will be delivered in a format which allows you to access the full deisgn. This means any semi-permanent elements such as wax seals will not be applied at the time of posting. You are responsible for stamping, posting, and adding any semi-permanent elements. All envelopes will be provided unaddressed (unless quote includes printing of addresses)

5. Assembly

Design timelines vary depending on the product and will be communicated at the time of order. Delays in providing information, feedback or proof approval will delay your order. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party suppliers or couriers once items have been dispatched.

Delivery costs will be provided on your quote. All parcels will be sent via Royal Mail / Parcel Force or DPD. A signature will be required on delivery to provide proof of receipt.

7. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in GBP (£). Eleanor Elizabeth Paper Co is not VAT registered, so VAT is not charged on orders.

8. Cancellations & Refunds

Due to the personalised nature of our products:

Custom and personalised orders are non-refundable once design work has started.
Orders cannot be cancelled after final proof approval.

This is in line with your rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 for personalised and made-to-order goods

In the rare circumstance that Eleanor Elizabeth Paper Co. needs to cancel an order, a full refund will be given.

9. Returns

Personalised items cannot be returned unless they are faulty or damaged. If your order arrives damaged or faulty, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographic evidence. Where a fault is confirmed, we will discuss repair, replacement or refund options with you in line with your statutory rights.

10. Colour & Print Variations

Colours may vary slightly between on-screen proofs and final printed items due to differences in screen settings, materials and print processes. Minor variations in colour, alignment or finish are not considered faults, and we are not liable for such variations.

11. Ownership

All designs, artwork, layouts and wording created by us are the copyright of Eleanor Elizabeth Paper Co. unless otherwise agreed in writing. Once your final payment has been made, you will become the owner of any products physically produced. You will not own the artwork produced in the design process. Designs may not be copied, edited, reproduced, distributed or resold in any form without our prior written permission. Eleanor Elizabeth Paper Co. reserves the right to feature your stationery on promotional material and it’s website, but will never disclose your personal details.
